Who can read a playbook?

Everyone on your team. A playbook made from a team diagram shows in every member's library. The person who made it and the team owner can change it.

Can I change what it wrote?

Yes. Edit any section by hand, or type what you want in the chat, such as "make the steps shorter" or "add a step about labeling".

What happens when I change the diagram?

The playbook shows "Diagram changed: update playbook". When you select it, only the changed or new steps are rewritten, and deleted steps are removed. Staff read marks and quiz passes on rewritten pages start over.

How is the quiz scored?

Each page has three questions. All three right counts as passed. Staff can try again as often as they like.

How many steps can a playbook cover?

Up to 12, one page per step of the diagram's loop. Most diagrams have 4 to 8.
