Why this policy exists
Diagla is for showing how a business or system works. These rules keep the service safe and working for every member. They are part of the Terms of Service.
Content you can't make or share
- Anything illegal, or that promotes illegal activity.
- Content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or other rights, including logos you don't have the right to use.
- Content that harasses, threatens or promotes violence or hatred against people or groups.
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form.
- Deceptive content, such as diagrams that impersonate another company to mislead people, or that support fraud or scams.
- Other people's private information shared without their permission.
Activity that isn't allowed
- Trying to break into, overload or disrupt Diagla, or to get around its rate limits or plan limits.
- Pointing Diagla at websites or documents you have no right to use, or using it to scrape sites at scale.
- Uploading malware or files built to harm people who open a share link.
- Reselling, sublicensing or repackaging Diagla without our written permission.
- Using automated scripts to make diagrams or send messages, outside features we offer for that.
What we do about it
We may remove content, turn off a share link, limit features or suspend access when something breaks this policy or puts others at risk. We act in proportion to the problem and, where it is reasonable, we tell you what happened and why. Serious or repeated breaches can end access for good, without a refund.
Reporting a problem
If you see a diagram or share link that breaks these rules, write to hello@diagla.com with the link and what is wrong. For copyright, use the steps in Copyright and Takedown.
