Who we are
Diagla runs diagla.com and is responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@diagla.com.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to run Diagla:
- What you give us to draw from. The text you type, the website address you paste, and the documents you upload.
- Your diagrams. The diagrams, the chat that shaped them, and your brand details: logo, colors, font and name.
- A browser key. A random identifier stored in a cookie, so your diagrams list belongs to your browser. It isn't your name and we don't use it to follow you across other sites.
- Plan details. When you start a plan, our payment processor tells us your plan, billing period, status and the email you paid with. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send. When you use the contact page, your name, email and message, plus a one-way hash of your network address used to limit repeat messages.
- Basic logs. Like every website, our hosting records technical details of requests, such as time, address requested and errors, to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To draw, save, change, share and present your diagrams.
- To run your plan, take payment and send you messages about it.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To keep Diagla secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To meet legal duties.
We don't sell your information. We don't use your content to advertise to you, and we don't share it with advertisers.
AI processing
To draft and change diagrams, the text you give Diagla (including text read from a website or document) is sent to AI models that run on Cloudflare's network on our behalf. Those models process it to produce your diagram. We don't use your content to train AI models.
Who helps us
A small number of service providers process information for us, only to run Diagla:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores diagrams, files and messages, runs the AI models, and sends our email.
- Our payment processor handles checkout, payments and subscription records.
- Font and icon services. Pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts and icons from the jsDelivr network, which receive your network address when your browser fetches those files.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of Diagla, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
Share links
A diagram stays private to your browser until you turn on its share link. Anyone with an active link can view that diagram. You can turn the link off at any time and it stops opening.
How long we keep it
- Diagrams and their files: until you delete them, or until we remove inactive data after reasonable notice.
- Plan and payment records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
- Rate limit records and logs: a short period, then they expire.
Your choices and rights
You can have your diagrams deleted, turn off share links, and clear the browser key by clearing cookies for diagla.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to object to or limit some uses, and to complain to a data protection authority. To use any of these rights, write to hello@diagla.com. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you.
Where information is processed
Cloudflare runs a worldwide network, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Children
Diagla is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to hello@diagla.com and we will delete it.
Cookies
Diagla uses one cookie and a few small browser storage items. The Cookie Policy explains each one.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we tell members on a paid plan before it takes effect.
