Plans and prices
Diagla is one subscription with three plans, billed in US dollars. Each plan adds a product to the one below it:
- Starter: $99 a month, or $1,089 a year. Includes Studio: diagrams of how your business works from a description, a website or a document, as a Flywheel, a Layers view and a Pipeline, with share links, downloads and presenting. 15 new diagrams a month and 1 GB of storage.
- Pro: $199 a month, or $2,189 a year. Includes Studio and the Assistant add-on, which makes Diagla diagrams inside ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Unlimited diagrams, 10 GB of storage, no Diagla mark on shared pages, and up to 500 diagrams a month through the Assistant add-on and the API.
- Team: $299 a month, or $3,289 a year. Includes Studio, the Assistant add-on and Playbooks, which turns each step of a diagram into a how-to manual for your staff. 5 seats, a shared library, comments, 50 GB of shared storage, and up to 500 diagrams a month through the Assistant add-on and the API.
There are no one-time purchases; every plan is a subscription.
Before you pick a plan, you can enter a link, a description or a document. Diagla reads it and shows a locked preview: the title, a one-line summary and how many steps it found. Picking a plan unlocks and saves the full diagram.
The pricing page shows what each plan includes. Prices don't include taxes, which are added where the law requires.
Yearly billing
A yearly plan costs 11 times the monthly price, so you get 1 month free compared with paying monthly. You pay for the year up front.
Payment
Payments are handled by our payment processor. When you start a plan, you authorize Diagla, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Diagla doesn't see or store your full card number.
Automatic renewal
Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price in effect then, until you cancel. We tell you before a price change applies to your plan, and the new price starts at your next renewal.
Changing plans
You can move to another plan at any time. The new plan and price apply from your next billing period, unless the checkout screen shows a different timing when you make the change.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, paid features and your share links stop. Download any diagram you want to keep before then. To cancel or ask for help, write to hello@diagla.com.
Refunds
Payments are not refunded for partial periods, unless the law requires it. The Refund Policy explains the details.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, our payment processor may try again over the following days. If it still can't be collected, your plan may be paused or ended, and paid features stop until payment goes through.

Results vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
