The general rule
When you cancel, your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments for partial months or partial years are not refunded, unless the law requires it.
When we do refund
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- You were charged after you cancelled, for a period that started after the cancellation.
- You were charged the wrong amount because of an error on our side.
- The law where you live gives you a right to a refund, such as a cooling-off period for online purchases.
How to ask
Write to hello@diagla.com from the email you paid with. Include the date and amount of the charge, and what went wrong. If a refund is due, it goes back to the original payment method through our payment processor. How long it takes to show depends on your bank.
Ending access for a breach
If access ends because the Acceptable Use Policy was broken, the remaining period isn't refunded, unless the law requires it.
Your other rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
