Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Diagla. By using diagla.com, making a diagram, or starting a plan, you agree to them. If you use Diagla for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf, and "you" includes that company.
If you don't agree, don't use Diagla.
What Diagla does
Diagla turns a description, a website address or a document into diagrams of how a business works: a Flywheel, a Layers view and a Pipeline. You can change a diagram by chat, add your logo, colors and font, share it by link, download it, and present it full screen.
We keep improving Diagla. Features can change, and we may add, change or retire parts of the service. When a change takes away something a paid plan includes, we tell members on that plan before it happens.
Who can use Diagla
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to start a plan. You must give accurate information when you pay or contact us, and you are responsible for activity in your browser session and on your plan.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Diagla: your text, website addresses, documents, logos and brand details, and the diagrams made from them.
You give Diagla permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you, for example to draw a diagram, save it, show it at a share link you turn on, and keep backups. This permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies in backups that expire on their normal schedule.
You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, and that it doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.
Diagrams drafted by AI
Diagla drafts diagrams with AI from what you give it. Drafts can be wrong or incomplete, so review every diagram before you share or present it. You are responsible for how you use a diagram. Read the AI-Generated Content policy for more.
Results vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Use Diagla lawfully and fairly. The Acceptable Use Policy lists what isn't allowed. We may remove content or suspend access that breaks it.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Prices, billing periods, cancellation and refunds are set out in the Subscription and Billing Terms and the Refund Policy, which are part of these terms. Payments are handled by our payment processor.
Diagla's property
Diagla's software, design, name and mark belong to Diagla. These terms give you the right to use the service; they don't transfer any of Diagla's property to you. Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use the Diagla name in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Ending your use
You can stop using Diagla at any time and cancel your plan as described in the billing terms.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts the service or other members at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it's reasonable, we tell you first and give you a chance to download your diagrams.
No guarantees
Diagla is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, without errors, or right for a particular purpose. Results vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Diagla is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Diagla's total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid Diagla in the 12 months before the claim.
Some places don't allow these limits. Where that's the case, they apply only as far as the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we tell members on a paid plan before it takes effect. Using Diagla after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Diagla is organized, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the courts of the jurisdiction where Diagla is organized, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
