Respecting rights

Members may only use material they have the right to use, including text, documents and logos. We respond to clear notices of copyright infringement.

Sending a takedown notice

Send notices to hello@diagla.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject. Include:

  • Your name, address, phone number and email.
  • The work you say is infringed, or a list if there are several.
  • The share link or other location on Diagla of the material you want removed.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

When we receive a complete notice, we may turn off the share link or remove the material, and tell the member who made it, including a copy of the notice where appropriate.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or you have the right to use it, write to hello@diagla.com with "Counter-notice" in the subject. Include your name, address, phone number and email, the material that was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction where Diagla is organized, and your signature. We may restore the material unless the person who sent the notice tells us they have started legal action.

Repeat infringers

We end access for members who repeatedly infringe others' rights.

False claims

A notice or counter-notice that knowingly misstates facts can make the sender liable for damages. If you aren't sure the material infringes, get advice before sending a notice.
