Where your content is stored
Diagla runs on Cloudflare. Diagrams, the chat behind them, brand details, plan records and contact messages are stored in Cloudflare's database service. Files you upload, such as logos, are stored in Cloudflare R2, Cloudflare's file storage.
How it is processed
- Text you type is sent to AI models on Cloudflare's network to draft the diagram.
- Website addresses are fetched once to read the page text, which is then drafted into a diagram. Diagla only reads public websites.
- Documents are converted to text on Cloudflare's network, and the text is drafted into a diagram. Files up to 10 MB are accepted.
- Payments are processed by our payment processor, which sends Diagla only the plan details we need.
Who can see it
Your diagrams are tied to your browser key and are private until you turn on a share link. Diagla staff access content only when needed to run the service, fix a problem you report, handle abuse, or meet a legal duty.
Deleting your content
You can have any diagram deleted: delete it in Diagla where that option is shown, or write to hello@diagla.com and we delete it for you. A deleted diagram also stops opening at its share link. You can turn off any share link at any time. To delete everything tied to your browser, or your plan records where the law allows, write to hello@diagla.com. Deleted content leaves backups as they expire on their normal schedule.
Keeping it safe
